I think we should eat healthy food.

Firstly I think we should eat healthy food because you can have healthy skin.

Secondly I think we should eat healthy food because we will have healthy eyes.

Another reason I think we should have healthy eating is because we can have a healthy body.

Lastly I think we should have healthy eating because so we can have a healthy heart.

So I think we should eat healthy food.
